Brian founded BTM Capital Partners in 2022 and oversees all of the firm’s investment activities. The firm focuses on residential development and commercial real estate investment in the New York metropolitan area and select other markets, where Brian serves as developer, asset manager, and project lead on each deal from site acquisition through disposition.
Prior to founding BTM Capital Partners, Brian was the Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Engine Real Estate, a multi-strategy real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA. While at Engine, Brian oversaw the acquisition, recapitalization, or disposition of real estate investments equal to a combined total capitalization of $200mm. In addition, Brian was the COO of Engine's operating company.
Brian is an alumnus of NYU with a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment and is also an alumnus of Villanova University.
