 Brian McCormick

• Brian founded BTM Capital Partners in 2022 and oversees all of the firm’s investment activities. 

• Prior to founding BTM Capital Partners, Brian was the Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Engine Real Estate, a multi-strategy real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA. While at Engine, Brian oversaw the acquisition, recapitalization, or disposition of real estate investments equal to a combined total capitalization of $200mm. In addition, Brian was the COO of Engine's operating company.

• Brian is an alumnus of NYU with a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment and is also an alumnus of Villanova University.
